Born of Italian immigrants, A. Joseph Portolesi immigrated from Australia to America with the dream of utilizing his heritage and traditions to create a life of artistry and passion. Mr. Portolesi has been in the building industry for over 35 years and a California licensed contractor for over 30 years. His project portfolio includes a diverse array of structures in California, New York, and Australia. Projects range from design, development and construction of commercial and residential buildings, including exclusive custom homes, resorts and vacation apartments, clubhouses, specialty medical centers, industrial tilt-up, mixed use development, urban infill, solar projects, and green design. His seemingly effortless ability to create unique futuristic structures and weave a congruence of shape and space that offers individual privacy and intimacy while allowing the beauty of the natural environment to run right through a building is his strength. His love of landscape design and innovative architecture is his vision. His traditional world values and developer builder perspective is his promise.

Born in the South on a rural farm, raised and educated in urban Southern California, A. Cameron Portolesi offers fresh perspective and astute analysis to provide an efficient and productive environment. Ms. Portolesi is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a practicing California licensed attorney for over 15 years in the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Los Angeles. She has a broad range of legal experience including civil matters related to business endeavors, contractual formation and disputes, and real estate issues, as well as family law/probate matters and mediation/conflict resolution. She has been a business owner for over a decade and has been involved in a number of community activities. Ms. Portolesi’s legal and business acumen serve our company as a source of valuable insight in advocating for our clientele while always maintaining a pragmatic and thoughtful consideration of cost and liability.
